The Triple P - Positive Parenting Programme is one of the world’s most effective parenting programmes for parents and caregivers of children aged 0-12.

Triple P is one of the few parenting programmes based on evidence. It gives parents the skills they need to raise confident, healthy children and teenagers and to build stronger family relationships.  It also helps parents manage misbehaviour and prevent problems occurring in the first place. 

This programme is delivered in a group setting, or one-on-one if required.

The Incredible Years® is a FREE parenting programme for parents and caregivers of children aged 3-7 years old, that promotes positive parent-child relationships.

Offered annually across the Tararua, this course will help you feel more confident guiding your child through the big emotions of growing up.
